We left Puno via Juliaca Airport (1 hour away) for Lima on may 27 to finish the tail end of our trip. We walked around the Miraflores area.

On May 28, we took a tour of the downtown area and of Miraflores area.  The driving is crazy.  There is no way I would drive here.  Everyone is cutting everyone and everyone is using their horn.  The funny part, no one is agressive. they all honk to each other, cut everyone off and everyone goes their way.  Crossing the street as a pedestrian is a challenge, even if you cross at the corner where there is white lines.

On May 29, we took it easy.  I think we are anxious to get home after 5 weeks.  Walked all around town, and at 3pm we ended up going for a pisco sour, to rest our feet.

Tomorrow May 30th is our last day.  we will be heding for the airport around 10pm for our flight at 1:40am on the 31st.

Nous avons quitté Puno via l'aéroport de Juliaca (1 heure de route) pour Lima le 27 de mai.  Lima est notre derniere destination avant de rentré a la maison. Durand la journée, nous avons marché dans la zone de Miraflores, ou nous demeurons.

Le 28 mai, nous avons pris un tour qui nous a amener au centre-ville et dans la zone de Miraflores. La conduite automobile est folle. Je n'oserais pas conduire dans la ville de Lima. Tout le monde coupe tout le monde, et tout le monde utilise son klaxon. Le plus drôle, personne n'est agressif. ils sont tous sur le klaxon. Traverser la rue en tant que piéton est un défi, même si vous traverser au intersection ou il y a les lignes blanches.

Le 29 mai, fut une journée relaxe. Je pense que nous avons hate de rentrer a la maison apres 5 semaines. Nous avons marché dans la ville, et vers 15 heures nous nous sommes arreter pour aller prendre un pisco sour, pour reposer nos pieds.

Demain 30 mai est notre dernier journée. nous quittons l'hotel pour l'aéroport vers 22 heures pour notre vol à 1:40 am le 31.

 On May 23rd, we Left Cuzco by bus to go to Puno. We had several stops on the way including the higher point of our trip 4335 meters or 14,222 feet. We spent the night in Puno.

May 23, nous somme parti de Cuzco vers Puno. Nous avons fait plusieurs arret dont le point le plus haut de notre voyage 4335 metre ou 14, 222 pieds. Nous avons passer la nuit a Puno.

 On may 24th, we left by boat to go spend 2 days on a private island of Suasi.  On the way there we stopped to visit a floating island and see how the people lived on those island and how they construct and maintain their island.

Le 24 mai nous sommes parti en bateau  pour passer 2 nuit sur un ile privé appellé Suasi.  Sur le chemin nous avons arreter sur une ile flottante. Nous avons appris comment les gens construisaient leur ile et comment isl faisaient pour maintenenir la survie de l'ile.

And we are now at our private island of Suasi on lake Titicaca.
the island has Lama, rabbits, and birds of all kind

Et nous somme maintenant sur notre ile privé appeller Suasi sur le lac Titicaca. Sur l'ile on retrouve des lamas, lapins et oiseaux de toutes sorte.

Hi, we were having problem downloading the pictures and then we could not write anything.  You have a picture of the snack served on Peru Rail on our way to Machu Picchu and followed by several view at the site and then us having a glass of wine on the way back on the train to Cuzco

Bonjour,  Nous avons beaucoup de difficulté a télécharger les photos et ecrire des commentaires.  Vous avez voir une premier photo du casse-croute offert a bord de Peru Rail sur la route vers Machu Picchu. Par la suite, plusieurs vue de Machu Picchu et finallent, nous dans le train a notre retour en train de prendre un verre de vin.
